I’m starting this post as a place to share information about hiking and biking trails in and around Biddeford, Maine. For the first one, I did a GPS track from the parking area at Clifford Park (on Pool St) to Thompson’s Falls in the park. This is a popular destination. It is 0.63 miles. The route I chose is quite flat and is an easy hike. There are some roots and rocks but the trail is in good shape. Once you get onto the track you will see black trail marks and then red ones.
There are no markings for the first turn, unfortunately, which is a left within the first couple hundred yards in a section where the trail is very wide open.
Hope to see you at beautiful Thompson’s Falls!
